At Athletic Edge, we strive to help you reach your goal – whatever it may be. We cater for all ages, abilities and needs. Below is a small selection of the areas we specialize in and have the most experience and skill working with. Athlete Strength & Conditioning
Individual or group Strength & Conditioning that is 100% focused around the goals of the athlete and their sport. Regardless of sport, age or ability we can tailor make programmes and sessions specific to the athlete with the overall goal of improving their athletic performance.

Strength, Speed & Power Training
We are certified speed & agility coaches who can run specific speed focused sessions using up to date research based methods on developing and improving explosive power and fully body strength.

Injury Management / Rehabilitation
Having worked alongside physiotherapists, we believe injury management & rehabilitation is important for everyone. Our focus is always on injury prevention, but if injuries do occur we can provide a professional opinion on whether to refer to physios, whom we can recommend, or to manage through supervised rehabilitation training.

Youth & Adolescent Training
We work with youth & adolescents from the ages of 8 upwards. Our training strictly follows Long Term Athlete Development plan which has been shown to be completely safe yet effective for young bodies. We offer sessions where parents can bring their kids along to train them.

Sport Specific Conditioning
We have experience working with almost all sports. We know demands of sports vary completely so all our sessions are specific to not only the sport, but also the period of the season and goals of the coach.

Weight Loss or Increasing Muscle
Not everyone is an athlete – but at Athletic Edge we treat you like one. If your goal is to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle mass or improve your fitness then we can help. You will be exposed to the same equipment and training methods (scaled to your ability) as all our athletes use. We can also provide nutritional information to get you on the right track.
