We are effective at working with athletes in large part because we ourselves are operating with an athlete’s focus. Specializing in helping the everyday person as well as athletes, we are committed to helping you reach your goals.

As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and fitness professional, I am passionate about getting people into their peak physical condition. In order to do so, I have developed a series of uniquely effective techniques and strategies, all challenging in their own way and all meant to push you to become the best that you can be.
I have had the opportunity to work with a range of difference sports teams and athletes, including the SkyCity Breakers, Northern Mystics, Massey Prems & 1st XV Rugby, North Harbour Women’s Sevens, NorWest United Football and Raiders Volleyball. I have also run Athlete Development Programmes in schools such as Kristin School, Carmel College and Rosmini College.
While I work mainly with athletes and sports teams, I have extensive experience with helping people to reach their weight loss and fitness goals. Basically, if something is fitness-related, I can help out with it.
